As a seasoned organizational psychologist and Certified Professional in Training and Development (CPTD), Jill specializes in helping teams navigate change and thrive in dynamic environments. With over a decade of experience across private, non-profit, and academic settings, she brings a unique blend of leadership, team development, and change management expertise to support organizations in driving performance and fostering resilient, high-functioning teams.


Currently pursuing a PsyD in Leadership Psychology with a focus on Organizational Development and Change Management, she remains dedicated to advancing the field through research and innovative practices. She also holds a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and brings a strong foundation in training and development to every project.

In addition to her work with Kasten Collaborative Consulting, she is a Senior Consultant with Landers Consulting Group, Jill is the also VP of Professional Development for the Association for Talent & Development, Central MA Chapter and the Treasurer of the William James College Psi Chi Chapter (Psychology Honor Society).  Jill has a long history of volunteer roles and has a proven commitment to the community.
